Based on your assessment, we build a custom maintenance plan or project quote with a clear, fixed price. You approve it before any work begins. No surprises, no hourly billing — just a straightforward number you can plan around.

Step 3 — We Handle Everything

Your HIRO team gets to work on your schedule. For monthly maintenance clients, we visit regularly and send you a summary after every visit. For one-time projects, we complete the work and follow up to make sure you’re satisfied.
